I am a Cybersecurity & Networking student at DeVry University with hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, mobile device repair, enterprise systems, leadership, and customer support.
My technical background began through Break Away Cell Phone Repair, where I diagnosed and repaired smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics. That experience helped me build a strong foundation in hardware troubleshooting, software issue resolution, customer communication, and problem solving.
I also have experience working with enterprise systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). These roles helped me develop skills in data accuracy, auditing, reporting, process improvement, and system-based troubleshooting.
Currently, I serve as a Federal Work-Study Reading Tutor through DeVry University and Read718. This role strengthens my ability to communicate clearly, explain concepts, and adapt my approach to different learning needs.
My career goal is to continue building experience in IT support, networking, and cybersecurity while pursuing CompTIA certifications and completing my Cybersecurity & Networking degree.
My focus is on developing the technical and professional skills needed for entry-level IT support, networking, and cybersecurity roles. I am building on my background in troubleshooting, technical support, systems management, and communication while continuing to grow through coursework, certifications, and hands-on projects.
Short-term, my goal is to obtain an IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role while continuing my cybersecurity and networking education.
Long-term, I plan to grow into a cybersecurity-focused role involving network security, security operations, risk assessment, or systems administration.
